P C R Cabinet

The Cruma PCR cabinet has been specifically designed for gene-amplification work using the PCR technique (Polymerase Chain Reaction). A timer and three 15W UV tubes have been included to ensure the material placed inside and the entire work surface is completely sterile, thus preventing any possible cross-contamination between the DNA and RNA samples that may give rise to false positives.
